Did you guys know we lost a fellow journaler?
I’m sad. For some reason she popped in my mind yesterday evening and I realize that I hadn’t heard from her in a long time so I went to her Facebook and the first thing I saw was that her son died in September 2021, her beloved Drew. As I scrolled further down her page I also saw that she passed away in March 2021.
She was an amazing Support here, always messaging me words of encouragement when I was going through shit with Dave, even after kicking him out and adventuring onto the new life I have now. I’m sad to know that she’s no longer with us and even sadder knowing her son is gone to. I do find solace in the fact that they are together now. I pray neither of them are in pain anymore
Thank you for always being amazing Shirley. I’ll miss you. |
