Was eating with my right hand and trying to draw with my left. Am right-handed.
I was eating some plain quinoa this morning.
It is a nice day today. A bit too hot at 90 degrees.
Woke up early again this morning. Maintenance worked on the windows outside around 10 a.m. I dunno, they stayed outside and when he was finished the man slipped a form stating that he had attempted X whatever on the caulking. I opened the door as he was walking away and he explained more about it to me.
Bought some lavender "essential" oil yesterday at the dollar store. It stinks. Never again. I like the peppermint one better anyway.
Have finished my back and trunk stretches. Getting there. Most of the pain is still coming from my lumbar region, but it's just a soreness from using those muscles again. Then something on each side in my lats or rhomboids keeps tweaking when stressed too much, but I can feel those reactions getting stronger, not involving as much pain and being replaced with strength.
Now I'm listening to some Guns N Roses. That shit never gets old. Currently cranking their album of covers, "The Spaghetti Incident?" and trying to cook two eggs. Maybe 3. 3 it is.
The other day I had some luck by adding cinnamon of all things to the egg batter (scramble-juice), and surprisingly it handled a lot like melting cheese when it worked with the parts of the egg that weren't done cooking yet. Perfect omelot texture, but I also did use mct oil to cook them up in.
Out of the 12 or 15 prescriptions that I have been on since this started 5 years or so ago, I have them whittled down to 5, and I'm getting ready to kick 2 more in due time. If I can get off of the propranolol (blood pressure med) and then the rifaximin (for excessive ammonia to the brain), that would leave me with all of the morning medications, which still involves another blood pressure med, a diuretic, and a proton pump inhibitor (similar to Nexium, I'd say).
Out of all of those I think I need the PPI the most, and then I think I can wrangle the blood pressure through diet and sodium awareness.
