Goals for August August 4, 2020
These are my initial goals (for this month). If I do well with them, I'll increase/improve my goals for next month.
Food goals by August 31...
-Reduce boredom grazing and aim to eventually eliminate all grazing (outside of planned "meals").
-Find distractions that work against boredom (like writing in a journal).
Fluid goals by August 31...
-Drink at least 60oz of water a day (my glass holds 12oz, so about 5 glasses a day to start).
-Drink more herbal tea whenever I want flavor. Or seltzer water if I want something fizzy.
Fitness goals by August 31...
-Walk 1-3 miles a day at about 2mph or faster.
-If I can't walk, hop on the exercise bike and try to do that for at least 10 minutes. Try to increase it to 30 minutes.
-Do 5+ minutes of "off the floor" alternatives to push-ups and crunches (to start).
Weight loss goal by August 31 = 5 pounds
If I lose more than that, I'll be ecstatic.
I will try to reflect on my progress on Fridays.
