Same Old Me May 20, 2019
I know what I have to do to lose weight, but I'm struggling to do it. My weight has barely moved in either direction this year, but my health feels like it's starting to go downhill. For example... my knees, hips, and back have ached more this year than they did last year. I'm hoping to talk to my regular doctor during my annual wellness check-up soon. Maybe she can refer me to a dietician and/or a therapist.
