Why does it take a health scare to get one to change?
Why couldn't I change before the health scare?
I don't want to be on more medication. It's scary.
I now need to be watchful of my sodium levels, definitely drink more water, and cut out more processed foods.
I also need to tackle exercise a little slower than I tried to on Friday. No need to rush into it, but still have to do something every day.
Tomorrow being Monday, I'll weigh myself and hopefully have some idea of how far I have to go. I'll also try to post in here more often about my health and renewed journey to a healthier me.
