Surprised! May 28, 2018
I lost 0.4 pounds this past week. That's a total of about 2.6 pounds since I started on the 14th. I'm surprised by this fraction of a pound because I had been slipping and was expecting to gain back what I had lost.
I'm still within the 10 pound range that I've been in these past few years. I need to lose at least 2 more pounds before I'll be in new territory again.
Even though my eating habits have slipped over the long weekend, I walked a lot. I hope to do better this week. My goals are pretty much the same.
Anyway, I hope everyone is reaching for their goals.
