Not so good January 8, 2018
+3. I know the reason why I gained. It was too cold to go outside this past week and I was eating like I was going into hibernation. Though, it's possible that part of the gain is that I weighed myself at a different time than last week. At least I got up and moved around for at least a few minutes every hour.
So… this week's goals are to:
-be mindful of what, how and why I eat. I definitely need to gain control of my eating if I'm to have any chance of losing.
-go for at least one outside walk before the next storm rolls in. It'll be warm enough to be outside, so there should be no excuses for the first half of the week.
-continue to get my 250+ steps in each hour and maybe find other ways to be "active".
