…I'm a yo-yo!
I refuse to give up though. I've read people who have weighed more than me or who also have had stubborn old habits, and they are inspirational. I want to be a success story.
So, here is what I hope to do now…
-I want to find someone, hopefully a professional, to talk to about my food addiction and the triggers that seem to pull me back whenever I think I'm doing good. Hopefully by talking about it, I will find a way out.
-Drink lots of water and keep track of my eating. I don't want to track calories yet, but I need to get back to tracking the what, when, where and why. Also, more fresh food.
-Move more. Start by walking at least a mile twice a day, weather permitting, and moving around for a few minutes every hour.
Anyway, I would love to lose 10 pounds before my doctor's appointment next month. 2705316
