I'm going to have to watch my eating this weekend, especially tomorrow. We'll be eating out with family. I always worry about going to restaurants when I'm trying to be healthy, even if I only go a handful of times a year. I've been looking at an online menu for the place they said we'd be going to, but there's just so many yummy sounding dishes. Since the restaurant is likely to give me a plate with more than one serving, I'm going to try something (if I remember).
I want to pick what I hope will be a healthier option, and I want to be able to split that dish into two servings. Even if the others ask questions. I know I'm the one that usually cleans their plate at a restaurant, but after some reading, I don't want to be that person. I want to be able to get two meals out of one.
Problem is...what kind of restaurant food is good the next day?
Other than that, I am hoping to get at least a 3+ mile walk at some point tomorrow and I will be sure to drink plenty of water.
And then we'll see what Monday brings.
