I tried my mom's suggestion of only weighing myself once a month for over 5 months, but I gained weight in the end. If it wasn't for my cold this month, I might be even higher. Between February 2 and July 25, I gained nearly 15 pounds. Between August 1 and today, this cold has helped knock off nearly 10 of those pounds.

I'm going to go back to weekly weigh-ins on Mondays. That way, I'll be able to see a trend and be able to tell what I might need to do sooner than if I had to wait a month to check my weight. So for today's start: 269.2(08.10.15).

First step is to see how I do after my cold is gone.
First mini goal is to reach my previous starting weight before the end of the month.
First major goal is to lose 10% of my current weight before the end of the year.
