It's the first Monday of the year, and Monday means an official weigh-in. According to the scale, I lost my "holiday gain" and maybe a bit more. I am happy with today's weight.
According to my daily goals calendar, I am not doing very well. I only have 5 daily goals. How hard can it be?
This is how well I've met my daily goals in the last 4 days…
Water – Drink 8 cups of water a day. 1/4
Food – Control emotional eating habits. 0/4
Exercise – Get up and move around for at least 5 minutes each hour. 4/4
Meditate – Sit still and quiet for at least 10 minutes a day. 0/4
Housework – Clean and declutter home for at least 15 minutes a day. 2/4
Hopefully this week will be better.
