I actually expected to gain weight and I did. The three main reasons for this week's gain are: lots of eating, not enough activity, and it's that time of the month. With those odds against me, I'm surprised I didn't gain 5 pounds. I only gained 1.8 pounds.
I have to get back to writing down what I eat and being "active" again.
I'm hoping the first Monday of 2015 sees a loss. It'd be nice to lose 3.2 pounds by January 5, but I'll be happy just to see the weight I gained this week be gone for good.
