-For 2 weeks, I've been making note of what I eat, when and why. I'm now aware of my habits and certain triggers that lead me to eat when I'm not hungry. Now, I just have to find other things to do when those moments happen.
-I've been restless because I have not been walking outside as much. My calf is still sore at times and I don't want to injure it any further. I want to be able to walk a decent pace without worrying about it.
-I've been drinking a lot of water lately. So, that's been easy.
-I have failed the "no desserts for 21 days" goal. Old habits and certain triggers led to that demise. I will have to address these before trying again.
-My "move more, sit less" goal has mixed results. If I'm home alone, I manage to get up and move around for at least 5 minutes every hour. When Tracy's home, I don't move around as much.
-I lost a pound on Friday, but it's still within the same 5 pounds I've been losing and gaining for the past 9+ months. If I can lose another pound and keep it off, then I'll be in territory I haven't been in since before March.
