|New month, new attempt at goals…|

Right now, I'm still struggling to get to my feet. I've been logging into SP and earning easy points for 12 days, but I eventually want to start doing things that have real results.
Actually, my first step has been to write down what I eat, when and why. It's my attempt to be aware of my eating and to change areas of concern. Since I haven't addressed the areas of concern yet, I plan to do this through December as well. Hopefully by January, I'll be ready to track my calories.
My other step is getting back into walking. I injured my left calf two and a half weeks ago, so I've been resting as much as possible and walking slowly when I have to walk. It's still a bit sore when I try to walk at a decent pace, but it's getting better. I started walking again this past weekend. It's slow, but I've managed to walk a little bit around the neighborhood and going a little further each day.
Some other December goals…
-Drink at least 1-2+ liters of water a day. Tea may count towards water.
-No dessert (after dinner snacks) for 21 days.
-Move around for at least 5 minutes every hour. Daily walk is extra.
I plan to reach these goals and lose at least 5 pounds this month.
