After my first week...

If I was to grade my progress at last week's challenges, I would give myself an overall C.

My "limit soda to once a week" would get an A. It was just too easy.
My "avoid added sugar as a first ingredient" would get a B. I had a few mistakes, but otherwise did well.
My "move more, sit less" would get a big fat F. I failed miserably at this one.

I don't think I want to keep the challenges as they are written. Maybe if I had something more specific, I might have better luck.

How about these "new" challenges?

-After 55 minutes of sitting, move around for 5 minutes.

-Avoid foods that have more than 12g of added sugar per serving.

-Drink at least 50oz of water a day.


If I'm successful, I'll increase the difficulty next week. I also have to think of non-caloric rewards to give myself when I'm successful.
