I am failing my "move more, sit less" challenge. The reason I created this personal challenge was so I wouldn't sit in front of my computer all day. I thought moving around for 5 minutes each hour would be doable, but now I see that it's a bigger challenge (for me). I've been offered the kitchen timer, so I'm going to see if it makes a difference.
On the other hand, my "limit sugar" challenge is pretty easy this week. To avoid added sugar as the first ingredient, I just have to avoid candy. I have been eating two squares of dark chocolate a day, but those two squares together are less than an ounce. My cravings are easy to ignore at the moment.
And so far, the easiest challenge has been where I "limit diet soda to once a week". I think I had a diet soda last weekend. I bought a raspberry lime seltzer water on Tuesday and took two days to drink it. It's Friday and I'm not craving either at the moment. I don't even think of this as a challenge any more and may just find another thing to focus on next week.
