I have been stuck, weight-wise, since I last posted in here. But it might be a good thing. I haven't really gained weight either.
I hate my body, but I can't stick with anything that might improve it. I do something for a day or two, and then ruin it by day three.
I walk almost daily, but not fast enough to do much good. My muscles/joints hate it when I try to move faster than my comfort level.
I eat a lot of "junk" and often let fresh food go to waste (depending on who you ask).
I will admit that I am lazy when I have nothing to do. Instead of doing something on my "down-time", I mostly just sit around.
I need a new plan and I'd like to start it on Tuesday September 2, 2014. |
