It's been over 6 months since I've written in this journal and I have no good news to share. I know what I have to do…it's just a matter of doing it.

I need to start by getting on the slowest "health" wagon…again. That means tracking what and why I eat…and tracking when and how I walk.

While it would be nice to lose 100lbs, I've learned and read that it's better to set smaller goals. So, my first goal is to lose 3 pounds before October.

Anyway, I'm just setting a few goals right now to get me started. Wish me luck.
