I had at least 6 hours of sleep. And yes, I had Lucky Charms for breakfast…I needed a break from Kashi. I had at least one long nap before going for a walk.
Bed time…
1:00am – 8:30am
Food…
9:00am – Lucky Charms w/ light vanilla Silk (breakfast)
12:00pm – 2 sticks light cheese (lunch)
2:20pm – pb&j sandwich (snack)
7:45pm – Tostitos artisan recipe chips and chipotle salsa (snack)
8:20pm – Healthy Choice slow roasted turkey bake (dinner)
8:40pm – Chobani non-fat strawberry Greek yogurt w/ fat & sugar free pudding mix (dessert)
Liquid intake = 64oz
Exercise…
An hour-long walk
