I'm guessing at what time I went to bed, but I think I had about 6 hours of sleep. My food choices were not the best. The walk was as short as my nap.
Bed time…
10:45pm – 6:20am
Food…
6:30am – Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest w/ light vanilla Silk (breakfast)
12:00pm – 2 sticks light cheese, Tostitos artisan recipe chips & chipotle salsa (lunch)
1:30pm – 2 pb&j sandwiches (frustrated and old habits)
5:30pm – medium vanilla chai w/ skim milk (Thursday treat)
6:30pm – robin's eggs and chocolate mini eggs (bought them on an "empty" stomach)
8:00pm – "locally" made frozen pizza and a locally made brownie (dinner)
Liquid intake = 76oz
Exercise…
A 20-minute walk.
Other ways…
Maybe a 20-minute nap.
