I'm guessing at what time I went to bed. I did OK with my food choices. We walked and I had a few short naps.
Bed time…
10:45pm – 6:15am
Food…
6:20am – Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest w/ light vanilla Silk (breakfast)
12:35pm – 2 sticks light cheese and an onion bun (lunch)
1:30pm – Tostitos artisan recipe chips and chipotle salsa (snack)
6:30pm – 2 pb&j sandwiches (bad habits)
8:30pm – Morningstar's chick'n burger, sweet potato waffle fries, pickled beets, and a piece of cake (dinner)
Liquid intake = 64oz
Exercise…
At least a 45-minute walk.
Other ways…
A few naps.
