I can't remember what time I went to bed, so I made a guess, but I did sleep for about 5 hours. I'm OK with my food choices, even if they could've been better. I was very happy with our walk and the nap I had before.

Bed time…
10:30pm – 6:20am

Food…
6:30am – Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest w/ light vanilla Silk (breakfast)
12:50pm – onion bun (lunch)
1:30pm – Chobani non-fat strawberry Greek yogurt w/ fat & sugar free pudding mix (yogurt for the day)
4:15pm – pb&j sandwich (snack)
7:00pm – Tostitos artisan recipe chips and chipotle salsa (appetizer)
7:30pm – Healthy Choice ravioli marinara bake, and a piece of cake (dinner)

Liquid intake = 64oz

Exercise…
At least a 45-minute walk.

Other…
A long nap (around an hour or so).
