I slept for about 7 hours. I think my food choices were mostly OK. I did get to walk though, but not much else.
Bed time…
10:40pm – 8:40am
Food…
9:00am – Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest w/ light vanilla Silk (breakfast)
11:45am – 2 sticks light cheese and an onion bun (lunch)
1:30pm – Chobani non-fat strawberry Greek yogurt w/ fat & sugar free pudding mix (yogurt for the day)
4:05pm – 2 pb&j sandwiches (snack and old habits)
7:00pm – air popped popcorn w/ old bay seasoning and powdered cheese (post walk snack)
7:15pm – Silk's fruit & protein mixed berry drink (thirsty but not water)
8:20pm – romaine lettuce w/ garlic pepper onion crisps & chipotle blue cheese dressing (salad)
8:25pm – homemade pizza w/ whole wheat crust, turkey pepperoni and asiago & cabot cheese, and a piece of cake (dinner)
Liquid intake = 76oz
Exercise…
At least a 45 minute walk.
