I slept for about 8 hours. My food choices were somewhat predictable. And I was lazy today (no exercise or other ways to be healthier).
Bed time…
11:15pm – 9:30am
Food…
10:15am – cinnamon roll (market breakfast)
11:50am – onion bun (lunch)
12:40pm – Chobani's non-fat strawberry Greek yogurt w/ fat & sugar free pudding mix (snack)
8:30pm – Italian breaded chicken sandwich and pasta w/ powdered cheese & chili and a piece of cake (dinner)
Liquid intake = 72oz

None.
