I slept for at least 5 hours. I know I went overboard today. But my jobs had me sore and tired. I didn't even have a decent nap. At least I got plenty of liquid.
Bed time…
11:00pm – 6:20am
Food…
6:30am – Kashi's Cinnamon Harvest w/ light vanilla Silk (breakfast)
11:45am – pumpkin soup, crab "bites" and cranberry walnut crostata (market lunch)
1:00pm – chocolate filled croissant (market snack)
4:30pm – Silk's fruit & protein mixed berry drink (post work drink)
6:45pm – pb&j sandwich ("bored")
8:30pm – Tostitos artisan recipe chips (snack)
9:30pm – oatmeal patties w/ cream of mushroom sauce, sweet potatoes waffle fries and a piece of cake (dinner)
Liquid intake = 90oz
Exercise…
No walking, but I did work two "physically demanding" jobs.
Other ways...
I dozed (a tiny nap) for maybe 15 minutes.
