I slept for at least 8 hours. I think I did OK with my food choices. And I had a good walk.
Bed time…
12:15am – 10:45am
Food…
11:15am – Silk's fruit & protein mixed berry drink (breakfast)
12:00pm – 2 sticks light cheese (lunch)
1:25pm – pb&j sandwich (cheese was not enough)
5:45pm – pb&j and banana sandwich (snack)
7:50pm – Lean Cuisine chicken makhani (dinner)
8:30pm – air-popped popcorn w/ Old Bay seasoning and powdered cheese (snack)
Liquid intake = 68oz
Exercise…
At least a 40 minute walk.
