|Changing Patterns / Videos? / Today, I...|
November 20, 2020
I found Ringo, Rocky, and Muffy's tins. I measured them then took what I had been working on and visually/mentally gauged how many "holes" high or wide different parts of this project will be.
Ringo's tin is much bigger, so his "cover" will have a different look. My idea now is to have the canvas be taller than his tin, and then I can tuck his favorite cow toy on top. Then from top to bottom, I hope to have a border, his name, the paw print photo thing, and then his years.
And at this moment, Rocky and Muffy's tin "covers" will hopefully look like... a border, their name, a row of small paw prints, and then their years. I'll try to create a paw print photo thing to put on top of the tin.
The next step is to work this out on graph paper. The graph will not be to scale, so I'll have to consult the plastic canvas, the tins, the different patterns, the size I can have the letters/numbers. I hope to figure out the patterns by tonight and start cutting the plastic this weekend.
With any luck, all three covers will be done before Christmas.
Yesterday, I watched some videos after listening to some music. I noticed that one of my favorite content creators had a new video. Then, after a couple or so related videos, I saw that someone else was streaming. Knowing that they often have interesting conversations, I tuned in. I knew that their streams could run over 5 hours, but I wasn't going to watch all of it. I didn't even catch the first hour of it, and I only watched until he started playing a game. By then, it was almost 9pm and too late to start watching TV.
Today, one of my other favorite content creators will have a new video up. It's interesting that I find myself being drawn to response videos. I also like videos about animals, history, certain sciences, crafts, writing, etc.
Today will be productive. It's almost 10am, so I still have a lot of day ahead of me. So, I'm off for now. I'll hopefully be back later to talk about it.
Life is good, even if my brain doesn't feel like it is.
