Lost five pounds in a week. I am trying.
3 meals a day and two "tonics" or mixtures of various powders. Lion's mane mushroom powder, for example, or beet powder.

Chewing everything thoroughly, reminding myself that digestion starts in the mouth with the saliva's enzymes and the like.

Not eating after 630p (originally I chose 7p, but that's too late. Eventually (like in a week) I'll back that dinner time up to 6.

So. Wake up at 6 (today was 4:45a) and in bed by 10. Last night I fell asleep within about 3-4 minutes. Then I was wide awake 10 minutes from then. Ack.
Retreated to the bed, from the recliner. Got maybe 2 hours and 45 minutes of what seemed like sleep. Got up, urinated, went back to the bed. Fell asleep again but it was restless and I just got up at 445 to avoid lying in bed and ruminating on things.

Then I go and walk a mile. Then I drive around and sing along with songs in my car. Then I go home and eat breakfast. The challenge will be once the weather turns cold again.

Supplements are many, but at least I am not on prescriptions any longer.
Multivitamin and spirulina and calcium after breakfast.
2000mg vitamin C and an iron supplement after lunch.
Magnesium, potassium and vitamin D after dinner.

Currently I am still about 25 pounds overweight, which is no biggie as I will continue this program I have devised.

I have some 5-pound yoga balls. I pick one up every once in a while and tell myself that I am carrying 5 of those around with me for no reason. So, I've already dropped the first ball. 4 more to go.
