52 month war : "Ypres, Gallipoli, Passchendaele, Somne."
"The Armistice was [extended] four times until peace was confirmed in 1920 with the Treaty of Versailles.'
"The commemoration to mark the end of the war is still called Armistice Day in New Zealand, France, Belgium and Serbia.'
Many other countries call it Remembrance Day...and the "United States call it Veterans Day."
